Cheeseball

This recipe for a cheese ball is a recipe that Jeff got from his sister.  Jeff likes it with Ritz crackers.

Cheese Ball

2 8-oz softened cream cheese
2 tsp Miracle Whip
1 8-oz or 10-oz sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 green pepper (chopped fine)
1 tsp chopped onion  (or 1/4 tsp onion pepper)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
2 tsp Pimento
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp accent

Intro to My Recipe Blog

This blog is for recipes that I can't save to Pinterest.  Most recipes I copied from others' posts on Facebook and I want to copy them all here instead of saving them all in a Word document.  This is one way I'm trying to be more organized (something I am busy doing to our whole house this year).
